Symbold provides branding, brand consultancy, and graphic design services. By engaging ouservices, you agree to the specific terms outlined in the relevant project agreement or proposal.
All content and materials provided by Symbold, including but not limited to branding strategies, consultancy reports, logos, designs, and graphics, are the intellectual property of Symbold. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without explicit written permission.
Clients engaging Symbold’s Services are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for project completion. Delays caused by insufficient or untimely information may impact project timelines.
Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement or proposal. Symbold reserves the right to withhold delivery of final project files until full payment is received.
Symbold acknowledges the confidential nature of client information and agrees not to disclose or use such information for any purpose other than project-related activities.
Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Once the client approves the final design or consultancy report, any additional revisions may incur additional charges.
Either party may terminate a project or contract in writing if the other party breaches the terms outlined herein. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
Symbold shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
