Tăt Normal is the craft-food brand born inside Ograda cu Legume - a family business from Iași, built with wedding money and driven by one simple truth: good food should feel natural. They create fresh, artizan salads inspired by Moldovan and Basarabian recipes, using Romanian vegetables marinated with flavor, memory, and soul. Originally known as Ograda cu Legume (2015), the project evolved into Tăt Normal in 2021 - a rebranding shaped around authenticity, family roots, and the everyday joy of food that tastes just like home.
